What Peptides Agora disclosed

In its October 26, 2026 disclosure, Peptides Agora says the organization acquired approximately $12,000 worth of $PEPS for its treasury. It says the acquisition reflects interest in PeptideSwap’s marketplace and education roadmap. The disclosure describes an organizational treasury position; it does not say the publication’s founders personally bought the tokens.

Peptides Agora says the amount reflects the position’s value when acquired, and that it may sell, reduce or otherwise change the position. It frames the purchase as a limited financial holding—not investment advice, a price target, or an endorsement of buying, selling or holding $PEPS.

Presale snapshot

At the time of this post, the PeptideSwap presale dashboard displayed $45,283.85 raised and 143 holders. This is a dated snapshot of the project dashboard; it is separate from Peptides Agora’s purchase disclosure.

What the disclosure does—and does not—say

The publication says the acquisition does not establish a partnership, commercial relationship, product integration, listing, or editorial endorsement. It also says the position does not independently verify PeptideSwap’s project, roadmap, technology, token economics, team, or future outcomes.

The notice does not publish a transaction hash, chain, contract address, wallet address, token quantity, or execution details. We have not independently verified the purchase on-chain, so the amount and rationale here are attributed to Peptides Agora’s own disclosure.

On the recent PEPS price movement

The disclosure may be relevant context for people following PEPS, but it does not show that this purchase caused a price move. Token prices can move for many reasons, and this announcement is not a prediction of future performance.

The original disclosure also describes the holding as a potential conflict readers should know about and says Peptides Agora plans to disclose it when materially relevant to its coverage. Read the full Peptides Agora disclosure.
